Making great coffee at home doesn’t require expensive equipment. With a few simple techniques and the right beans, you can enjoy café-quality coffee every morning.
Start with freshly roasted beans. The fresher the beans, the better the flavor. Grind them just before brewing for maximum aroma and taste.
Different brewing methods need different grind sizes. For drip coffee, use a medium grind. For espresso, go finer. For French press, use a coarse grind.
Water temperature also matters. Ideally, water should be between 90°C to 96°C. Too hot and you’ll burn the coffee. Too cool and you’ll under-extract the flavors.
Finally, take your time. Good coffee is about patience and care. Enjoy the process as much as the final cup.
